Tip of the Week

Provençal herbs are native to the Provence region of southern France. The mixture traditionally contains rosemary, marjoram, basil, savory and thyme. Typically thyme dominates the taste produced by the herb mixture.

It is mostly used for grilled foods and vegetable stews. The mixture can be mixed with cooking oil prior to cooking.
